What the inbox is for
Data corrections first: if a price, calorie count or allergen record is wrong, send the evidence — a menu listing, a nutrition label, a link — and a correction that checks out will be verified and published on the data pass. Data questions second: how a figure was sampled, what a label covers, why a value is shown as unavailable.
Business enquiries are welcome at the same address: guest posts and guest blogging, content partnerships, and other business proposals. Say what you have in mind in the first email — what the content is, where it would live, and what you are proposing — and it will be read and answered on its merits.
What the inbox can't do
Orders, gift-card balances, Rewards points, job applications, franchise enquiries — none of those run through this site, and an email here can't reach the systems that do. The official site is the route for all of it; we are an independent reference and this inbox is for the reference.
Response
Everything is read. Corrections that verify get published; questions get answered when the answer is something the data can actually settle.
