In-N-Out and Taco Bell are unrelated brands. This is an independent In-N-Out section inside Taco Bell Menu Online — verified In-N-Out nutrition and allergens, from In-N-Out's official Nutrition Info page and the official January 2026 nutrition chart. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to In-N-Out Burgers. In-N-Out publishes no prices online, has no online ordering and no delivery — so no price is verified for any item in this section, and none is published here.
Where these figures come from. Nutrition figures come from In-N-Out's official Nutrition Info page (in-n-out.com/menu/nutrition-info), read in full on 28 Oct 2026 and re-confirmed from the official nutrition PDF's text layer (chart revision January 2026, printed "©2026 In-N-Out Burgers"). The official page publishes per-item panels — one burger, one order of fries, one shake, one drink at a stated size — and this section follows that serving basis exactly. Drink rows are at the smallest listed size with ice (11 fl oz for fountain drinks and lemonades, 6 fl oz for teas); the larger sizes are shown alongside. Where In-N-Out has no panel, the item is shown without one — never estimated.
Nutrition by category
Figures are per item as served, from In-N-Out's official Nutrition Info page. Burger figures are per burger (with weight in grams); fries are per order (125g); shakes are 15 fl oz. Drink figures are at the smallest listed size with ice — see the larger sizes below. Allergens come from the official page's per-item allergen lines; "Not verified" means the page gives no reading for that item — it does not mean the item is allergen-free. "None listed on the panel" is the panel's own wording for items whose page row shows no allergen line.

The current chart vs the old chart
The official page publishes the current (2026) chart: Hamburger 360, Cheeseburger 430, Double-Double 610 calories; Protein Style 210/280/460; fries 360; shakes 590–610; Coffee 0 calories and 0 mg sodium; Milk 160 calories; Hot Cocoa 160 calories. The old panel (390/480/670, Protein Style 240/330/520, fries 395/370, shakes 580–690, Coffee 5 calories / 10 mg sodium, Milk 180, Hot Cocoa 130) is superseded and is still live on most third-party sites. The two panels are never averaged and the higher number is never silently picked — the current official panel is the dataset.
Allergens and the facility note
The official page's allergen vocabulary is Wheat, Milk, Soy and Egg — no row carries a Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Shellfish or Sesame allergen line. Sesame appears only in the facility cross-contact note on the burger panels: "Produced in a facility where milk, sesame, and soy are present, and possibly on the same line/equipment." The Hot Cocoa panels carry a different facility note (tree nuts, eggs and wheat present), and the shakes note that egg products (Chocolate) and egg and soy (Vanilla, Strawberry) are present. These are cross-contact warnings, not allergen listings. Protein Style is the gluten-free path (no bun) — but the official page's facility note warns of cross-contact on shared lines/equipment, and the Protein Style burgers still carry the Egg allergen (spread), so no gluten-free claim is made here. French Fries are cooked in 100% sunflower oil with no animal products, but the fries panel carries no allergen line — it is shown as "None listed on the panel", not as a gluten-free claim.
Build a meal with these numbers
Every item above with calories is in the nutrition calculator — add items and see the running totals for calories, fat, sodium, carbs and protein — and in the meal builder, which rates a plate Light, Balanced or Heavy. No price is verified for any In-N-Out item, so In-N-Out items add calories only, never a price, to the totals.

About this section's data
Every figure in this section comes from In-N-Out's official Nutrition Info page (in-n-out.com/menu/nutrition-info), read in full on 28 Oct 2026 and re-confirmed from the official nutrition PDF's text layer (chart revision January 2026). The official page publishes the current (2026) chart — Hamburger 360, Cheeseburger 430, Double-Double 610 calories — and the old panel still live on most third-party sites (390/480/670) is superseded. Drink figures are at the smallest listed size with ice (11 fl oz fountain drinks and lemonades, 6 fl oz teas), with the larger sizes shown alongside. No price is verified for any item: In-N-Out publishes no prices online, has no online ordering and no delivery, so this section covers nutrition and allergens only. Nothing is estimated, sampled from listings, or borrowed from a third-party menu site.
Frequently asked questions
How many calories are in the highest-calorie In-N-Out item?
The highest-calorie items are the Double-Double and the Chocolate and Strawberry Shakes, each 610 calories. The lowest-calorie items are the zero-calorie drinks — Diet Coke, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Coffee and Decaf Coffee (0 calories at the listed size).
Why are drink figures at the smallest size?
The official page lists fountain drinks and lemonades at four sizes (11/15/22/29 fl oz, with ice) and teas at four sizes (6/9/14/19 fl oz, with ice). The dataset row uses the smallest listed size — the first size the page lists — and the larger sizes are shown alongside, so no larger size's figure is ever presented as the row's calorie figure.
Why do third-party sites show different calories?
Most third-party sites still show the old In-N-Out chart (Double-Double 670 calories, Hamburger 390, Cheeseburger 480). The current January 2026 chart publishes 610/360/430. This section uses the current official panel only.
