Chipotle Menu & Nutrition 2026 — Build Your Own
Chipotle menu and nutrition — 133 verified chart components plus calculator additions, from the official March 2025 chart.
Chipotle menu and nutrition — 133 verified chart components plus calculator additions (Chili Lime Chips and the High Protein builds), from the official March 2025 chart. Build-your-own, not fixed items; no prices published yet.
Chipotle and Taco Bell are unrelated brands. This is an independent Chipotle section inside Taco Bell Menu Online — verified Chipotle nutrition from Chipotle's official March 2025 nutrition chart and its official allergen chart. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Chipotle Mexican Grill. Coverage is the verified core menu, component by component: Chipotle is build-your-own, so there are no fixed items with nutrition beyond the printed format ranges.
Chipotle does not publish nutrition for a fixed "Chicken Burrito" — you build your own, so this section is organised the same way: proteins, bases and tortillas, beans, salsas, toppings, sides, drinks, kids and formats. Every figure below comes from Chipotle's official US Nutrition Facts Paper Menu, March 2025 edition, for standard portions as printed. Portions are approximations, and content varies with portion size, recipes, seasons, and ingredient sources.
Format calorie ranges (as printed)
These are the only bundle figures Chipotle prints. They are ranges because the build varies — never add component figures together and present the sum as a Chipotle figure.
| Format | Calories | What it includes (as printed) |
|---|---|---|
| Burrito | 740–1210 | One burrito, built your way. |
| Burrito Bowl | 420–910 | One bowl, built your way. |
| Salad | 420–910 | One salad, built your way. |
| Tacos (3) | 390–1140 | Three tacos, built your way. |
| Kids Build Your Own | 350–810 | Meat, guacamole, or queso + two toppings + pair of tortillas; includes fruit or kid's chips and organic juice or milk. |
| Kids Small Cheese Quesadilla | 530–710 | With rice and beans side; same inclusions; protein extra. |
No adult quesadilla range is printed on this chart — none is claimed here. The veggie protein option is 230 calories per 4 oz (includes guacamole and choice of beans) — calorie figure only, no grid row.

Allergen statements from Chipotle's allergen page
These are the page's own menu-wide statements, not per-item claims:
- “We do not use eggs, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, or fish as ingredients in our food.”
- Wheat and gluten categories are combined on the chart.
- Sulphites shown come exclusively from vinegar and are labeled as possible allergens for transparency.
- Individual foods may come into contact with one another during preparation; this is not reflected on the chart.
How to read the allergen column. Chipotle's official allergen chart tracks only four columns: DAIRY, SOY, GLUTEN, SULPHITES. “No DAIRY / SOY / GLUTEN / SULPHITES icon shown” means the chart lists the item with no icon in any of those four columns — it is not a claim that the item is free of allergens, and the chart says nothing about any other allergen. Individual foods may come into contact with one another during preparation, and that contact is not reflected on the chart. Items marked “Not in chart” do not appear in the allergen chart at all (the chart has no drink rows), so no allergen mapping is claimed for them.
Red Chimichurri Sauce appears in the allergen chart (SULPHITES) but has no nutrition row in the March 2025 chart, so it has no component page here. It is listed on the nutrition page's allergen note.
Held, not built: 6 newer items
These items postdate the March 2025 chart and have no entry in Chipotle's nutrition calculator under that exact name, so they are held until verified figures exist: Cilantro Lime Sauce, Chipotle Honey Chicken, Carne Asada, Chicken al Pastor, Plant-Based Chorizo, and Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice. Third-party tables disagree on them, and similarly named items are not substitutes (Steak is not Carne Asada; Chicken is not Chipotle Honey Chicken or Chicken al Pastor; Sofritas is not Plant-Based Chorizo; rice is not Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice; Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette is not Cilantro Lime Sauce) — so no figure for any of them is published here.
Two formerly held items are now verified from the calculator and ship below: Chili Lime Chips (full figures, on the sides page) and Pollo Asado (as the High Protein Cup format, on the formats page). The High Protein Menu itself is a category, not a single item — its builds are listed with partial figures on the formats page.
Prices
No prices are published in this section yet. Chipotle's site shows prices only after an open store is selected for pickup, and the first price check found stores closed; a price check during store open hours is queued. Until it returns, this section is nutrition-only. Nothing here is estimated from delivery menus.

About this section's data
Every figure in this section comes from Chipotle's official US Nutrition Facts Paper Menu, March 2025 edition (internal codes OCT-2024-US-CK / OCT-2024-US-PPS), for standard portions as printed. Serving sizes are approximations per the chart's own disclaimer, and content varies with portion size, recipes, seasons, and ingredient sources. Allergen mappings come from Chipotle's official allergen chart, read live on 28 Oct 2026 — the chart tracks only four columns: DAIRY, SOY, GLUTEN, SULPHITES. Where Chipotle has no verified figure, the row is published without one. Nothing is estimated, and no component figures are ever summed into bundle totals: the only bundle figures are the ones Chipotle itself prints.
Frequently asked questions
Why is this Chipotle section organised by component, not by item?
Chipotle is build-your-own: it publishes nutrition for proteins, bases, beans, salsas, toppings, sides and drinks — not for a fixed 'Chicken Burrito'. The only bundle figures it prints are the format calorie ranges and the sides combos.
Where do these figures come from?
Chipotle's official US Nutrition Facts Paper Menu, March 2025 edition, for standard portions as printed. Allergen mappings come from Chipotle's official allergen chart, read live on 28 Oct 2026. No aggregator or delivery-menu figure is used.
Why are there no prices?
Chipotle's site shows prices only after an open store is selected for pickup, and the first price check found stores closed. A price check during store open hours is queued; until it returns, this section is nutrition-only.
Why are 6 items missing?
Cilantro Lime Sauce, Chipotle Honey Chicken, Carne Asada, Chicken al Pastor, Plant-Based Chorizo and Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice postdate the March 2025 chart and have no entry in Chipotle's nutrition calculator under that exact name, and third-party tables disagree on them — so no figure for any of them is published. Two formerly held items are now verified from the calculator: Chili Lime Chips (full figures) and Pollo Asado (as the High Protein Cup format). The High Protein Menu itself is a category, not an item — its builds are listed with partial figures on the formats page.
